Mark Trowbridge

Mark has nearly 40 years of experience in the Retail industry and had direct experience in a variety of areas, including Operations, Buying, and Training and Development. He recently spent over two years at CCF Brands as an Executive Vice President of Operations.

Previous to that Mark invested 16 years with Wal-Mart, and prior to that, 20 years with Ralphs Grocery Company in Los Angeles. Mark has had several roles in buying, which includes the following categories in dairy, frozen foods, dry grocery and beverages.

He has also led several teams during his merchandise role. One of his role was to lead the Neighborhood Market merchandising team that help launch this growing segment for Walmart Stores.

He also had the privilege of starting and directing a Merchant Leadership Program, where he helped recruit many buyers and planners for Walmart. Mark has served on the National Dairy Board and the National Egg Board in a retail advisory role. He has his Masters of Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University, along with his Bachelors degree in Theology / Education / Psychology from Eugene Bible College.

He currently serves on the Board of Elders of Hope Church NWA in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is a passionate individual that loves people while serving them, helping them to develop into all that God wants them to become. Mark and Susan Trowbridge currently reside in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Mark is an all-around, avid sports fan but specifically enjoys golf, football, basketball and is his daughters biggest volleyball fan.
